Yoga as a philosophy of life. A traditional yoga practitioner for over twenty years, I'm here to guide and accompany you on your path to well-being, health, and mental calm.

                                    Comprehensive well - being

 

Movement generates happiness. Yoga practice constantly invites to mindfulness, observing the sensations that arise and following the rhythm of your breath.

 

Rest and quality sleep

During practice, your mind has the important task of observing sensations and following your breathing, a very different activity from thinking about plans A, B, C, evaluating, remembering, and imagining, and this invites it to relax and calm down.

 

Recovery of natural posture

Through postures, asanas, you remind your body of its organic position. Increaseing flexibility and strengthen, especially, your internal muscles, integrating body alignment habits into your daily routine.

 

Self - knowledge

Constant observation during practice leads you to a connection with yourself, to identify sensations and to know the tools, both breathing dynamics, pranayama , as well as body positions, asanas, or hands, hasta mudras, to return to a state of balance.

I offer classes and dynamics for groups and one to one, designing a practice that complements your needs and goals.

Hatha Yoga

Classical yoga focuses on creating holistic balance. The practice consists of holding positions for longer periods of time, always adjusting the duration depending on your current state.

Breathing dynamics, krias and pranayama, are an important part.

Sivananda Yoga

Classical yoga with a clear structure, ideal for beginners. Understanding the correct positioning in the poses, according to your possibilities. Pranayam, Surya Namascar, twelve asanas and their variations, culminating in relaxation.

Satyananda Yoga

Classical yoga focuses on a meditative practice and energy. In its sequences, we stimulate one, several, or all energetic centers, depending on the intention. Breathing dynamics and mantras are important elements here.

Vinyasa Yoga

Progressive - intensity yoga, optionally dynamic. It requires prior knowledge of the asanas, as the time spent in the positions is shorter and the transitions are more dynamic. Energizing.

Yin Yoga

Gentle bodywork involves holding asanas for several minutes, relaxing your joints, tendons, and fascia. We use props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and yoga belts. The relaxing effect is ideal for balancing an active lifestyle.

Meditation

Exploring different forms of meditation to find the one that best suits you at your stage of life. The benefits are quickly felt when you introduce the practice into your life.

Sound bath

Relaxation and energetic harmonization, magical Koshi chimneys, Tibetan singing bowls, and other instruments.

Relaxing massage

A pampering gift for your senses combined with aromatherapy and vibrational sound. Relaxation and energy cleansing.

Conscious movement

Monographic workshops on free or guided body movement. Dance to feel yourself, connect with yourself and others through play and lightness, release tension, and above all, have fun. Dances of the four seasons, Shiva & Shakti dance, 7 Wheels - authentic movement.
